The 2010 Trusts & Estates Symposium to be Held on May 6th at University of San Diego!
Back by popular demand, we have chosen a date for our upcoming Trusts & Estates Symposium at the University of San Diego. The Symposium will feature three prominent wealth planning attorneys from across the country as speakers. The Symposium is planned for a half day attendance from 10:00am to 2:00pm with CPE and CFP credits available.
Our first speaker will include the famous Richard Oshins from Nevada. Richard is a sought after speaker for his expertise in asset protection planning. He is the creator of the BDIT trust (Beneficiary Defective Inheritors Trust). This type of trust provides asset protection to the transferor but gives the added control over the asset to the transferor that other types of asset protection vehicles fail to provide. Come learn more about this exciting planning tool.
Also on board for the Symposium is Keith Davis from Colorado. Keith not only holds a J.D. but is also a CPA and has an LLM in tax. Keith is a seasoned tax and wealth planning professional with a very successful practice in Colorado. He is also an instructor for WealthCounsel where he teaches other wealth planning attorneys the latest in estate planning, tax planning and business succession planning.
Last but certainly not least, we have Diedre Wachbrit Braverman with us for the Symposium. Diedre is an expert in trust planning, special needs planning and asset protection planning. She is a frequent speaker (including speaking for WealthCounsel) and has authored a CEB treatise on special needs planning for the California State Bar.
Come join us for this exciting event! To RSVP now, simply email info@geigerlawoffice.net giving us your name, address and phone number and we will get you a registration form to sign up. The registration fee will be $85 until April 22, 2010. After that date, late registration will be $100.
